Careers Guidance Adviser 
Do you have a passion for working with young people? 
Do you want to make a difference and help inspire, motivate and raise aspirations? 
We are looking for a Careers Guidance Adviser to join our team in providing 1-2-1 careers guidance to young people aged 11 to 18 years. 
Key areas of work will include: 
Conducting initial and follow-up 1-2-1 Careers Guidance interviews with young people in a variety of schools. 
Helping young people create Individual Action Plans to map their next steps. 
Delivering Careers Guidance presentations and workshops as part of our School Events programme. 
A Level 6 Careers Guidance qualification is essential for this role. 
This is a permanent full-time role (35 hours per week),

Project Delivery Executive 
We are looking for a Project Delivery Executive to project manage events and activities that prepare young people for the world of work. 
Key areas of work will include: 
Delivery of Partner programmes 
Management and facilitation of school events 
You will be expected to: 
Interact with young people aged 5-19 years on a variety of activities activities and events from one to one work interviews to small training / mentor session and whole class or whole year groups conferences. 
Create and work to a project plan for each event and activity. 
Recruit business ambassadors to support activities. 
Design and produce presentations and materials for workshops or new projects aimed at young people. 
This is a permanent full-time role (35 hours per week).
