Learning to Work (LTW) is a youth development charity connecting education with business to prepare young people for the world of work. Their dedicated team supports over 29,000 children each year across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey and West London, delivering programmes that address educational inequality, economic challenges and workforce readiness.
Working with young people from diverse backgrounds, LTW helps them explore career opportunities, build essential skills and overcome barriers such as mental health issues, social pressures, limited support networks and discrimination. LTW provides a variety of activities and events, as well as key worker support programmes for the most vulnerable, all supported and delivered in collaboration with local employers, ensuring the next generation is inspired and ready for their future careers.
